While every commission is a unique creation requiring specialized attention and care,  there are
a few common price tiers for sizes, media and turnaround. 

A typical pen and ink rendering of a home can go from $300 and take several weeks to deliver,
whereas an oil portrait carefully nurtured into existence will take more than six months and will cost
in the thousands of dollars range.  Time-sensitive deliveries can be achieved, but modify the cost as
accomodations are made.

Upon our agreement, a downpayment of 1/3 to 1/2 the agreed cost is required.   I often round that to
a convenient number.  I accept cash, check, postal order or credit cards via paypal.

A brief initial phone call discussing your particular needs will ballpark our terms.  An in-person followup
will solidify an exact understanding.
