Shipped today. This was a cheap kit that has mostly been built. It has all parts and the decal sheet is full.
I expect to do some finishing and fixing, but otherwise this is just to fill out the robo/battletech collection.
Also, this makes the third company that has made this line of kits and I want to see how they approached the situation and compare and contrast the engineering etc.

Arr. Today.
As expected, mostly assembled wit some paint and decals done. Some touchups from me and all set.
The fuselage is missing the RT Leg connector, so no guardian or fighter mode, only batttloid for this one. That's ok.
He's already got a place to stand on the riverbed, watching over the impending head-smash. Lots of spare parts for use in other kits!
The engineering is similar, but the wings lack the gears to get simultaneous folding. The knees bend in both directions, handy but not accurate. The plastic is stronger/thicker/harder than the Imai kits. The overall detail is nice and the seams are far more acceptable.
I'll know better about other parts when I build the Bandaii kit as that is fully transformable as well, and is likely even the same master mold.

Basically I threw a fast black wash down -a poor quality gray camoflauge pattern the other week just to call this done.
The other day it had fallen down giving me the idea of popping the head off and calling this a 1st shot, head shot battlefield prize.
Sometime, i will scorch up the neck area, throw some silver and more black down to give it a better appearance. Otherwise, done.
