After looking for R2 this past week and winning Vader's TIE the other day, I did some random looking for other SW ktis.
This bike and the Tydirium were the only RotJ
kits I bought at the time, some 25 odd years ago. I remember liking this one for its scale. The few sites I've researched don't show a scale, but I am going to guess it's in the 1/7th ballpark. It may be as small as 1/12 though.
This is another kit won and shipped for a song. In this case, $11 even. I've seen this at my local for $20+tax (which has kept me away from buying it.)
I'm envisioning doing some mods on this. Most obviously is making the control bars pivot. I wonder if I could use magnets to make it float??? There is enough body to pack them in. Hmmm.

There are no structural mods that will done to this. Nothing significant anyway. I may leave it riderless.
This should arrive soon. It was mailed on the 16th so I'm suprised it hasn't been seen since the postal sytem since then. Basically I will have it the day after it arrives at Bell, CA.

A much biger box than I expected. as with most model kits, the box was mostly full of empty space. This is the includes-paint-and-glue edition of the kit. I will throw those components into storage should I ever need them.
The rider is either a short 1/8th figure or a tall 1/9th figure. I may slice him into a standing position from the current sitting position. If not, I will give it away as I ahve no need of the rider. I am only after the bike in this case.
